My interest in the image began with simple line, shape and color, a painting. The expression of reality or fantasy on paper made me highlight it in my mind. It could be something I saw and wanted to emphasize, a shape or silhouette, or something tangible that was right in front of me.
Later on I began to use the camera in those relationships. The camera is a tool I pick up that helps me tell a story that is not taken for granted. As an artist, my work moves on two axes- one is through myself as an involved character, and the other is about being enchanted about a specific environmental phenomenon which we are living in. My process evolves by building trust and understanding for the story and by creating close relationships with subjects.
The image is an analog 35 mm photo taken in Bat Yam.
