Art in The Square

1st Mar 2010

We are very proud to be supporters of this unique collaboration between the Israel Museum and ELEM, a non-profit Israeli organisation that helps both Jewish and Arab youth in distress. The Art in The Square project has helped troubled adolescents with drug and alcohol dependencies find a creative and artistic outlet for their emotions. Situated in Jerusalem’s Zion Square every Thursday night, with a supply of art materials available and representatives from the museum and councillors from ELEM present, this unique BFAMI-sponsored project encourages a sense of self-worth in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
