Fair Chance for Children

29th March 2011

Over 7000 children of all ages live in group housing across Israel and many are from dysfunctional families. The museum wants to reach out these children who carry worries and stress far beyond their years and offer them the opportunities that other, more fortunate children have. With BFAMI’s help, 800 children can be brought to the museum and given a wonderful experience — gallery performances, exhibitions especially designed for their age group and games played with teachers that will draw their eye to a painting’s details. They are then able to draw and sculpt their interpretations of what they have just seen.
