Meet the Owners:
Sarit Packer, raised in Northern Israel, trained as a chef in London. She worked at Orrery, Joya in Israel, and the OXO Tower before joining Ottolenghi in 2007. Sarit later managed NOPI’s opening and became its Executive Chef, eventually leaving to co-found Honey & Co in 2012.

 

Itamar Srulovich, born in Jerusalem, grew up around his grandmother’s kitchen, enjoying Egyptian and Yemeni cuisine. After moving to Tel Aviv in 1999, he worked at Orna and Ella and Joya, where he met Sarit Packer. They moved to London, where Itamar became Head Chef at Ottolenghi Notting Hill and Belgravia before leaving to pursue his dream of opening a restaurant.

 

Honey & Co:
Since opening Honey & Co in 2012, Sarit and Itamar became known for serving delicious Middle Eastern cuisine with top-quality ingredients and a warm, welcoming team. They expanded with Honey & Spice, Honey & Smoke, and Honey & Co. Daily, and published four cookbooks. Additionally, hosting a podcast and contribute to major publications.
